1. How do I join LUXE Rewards?

It’s free and easy! Just create an account or log in. You’ll automatically be enrolled and start earning points with every purchase.

2. How do I earn points?

• Earn 5 points for every $1 you spend
• Refer a friend and get 500 points when they make their first purchase
• Follow us on Instagram or celebrate your birthday (if enabled)

3. How do I redeem my points?

Click the Rewards button on the bottom right corner of the screen. Once logged in, you’ll be able to select a reward and get a discount code to use at checkout.

4. How much are points worth?

Every 100 points = $1 in store credit. For example, 500 points = $5 off your next order.

5. Do my points expire?

Nope! Your Luxe Points never expire — so you can save up for something special.

6. How does the referral program work?

Share your unique referral link with friends. They’ll get $5 off their first order, and you’ll earn 500 points when they purchase.

7. Can I combine rewards with other discounts?

Only one discount code can be used per order, including rewards codes. Choose the one that gives you the best value!

8. I used points but didn’t place an order. Can I get them back?

If you didn’t complete your purchase, your points will be refunded within a few hours. Still not seeing them? Contact us.
